Start the new year by immersing yourself in deep relaxation at Scented Garden Spa, as we welcome back Becca Howarth for a truly unique sound bath experience — this time in the pool.

Guests will be greeted with a warm welcome drink and a short introductory chat before changing into swimwear. You’ll then enjoy a gentle swim and limber up in the warm water to help your body unwind and prepare. Once settled onto your supportive float chair, Becca will guide you through a calming meditation before the sound bath begins.

The soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, gong and rain drum will resonate through the water, intensifying the therapeutic vibrations and allowing you to feel the energy on a deeper level. This deeply restorative session is designed to nurture you physically, mentally and spiritually — the perfect way to reset and invite in fresh energy for the year ahead.

You will be supervised throughout to ensure complete safety and comfort. The cost is £25 per guest, with donations from the event supporting the wonderful work of FKK charity.
