In this gentle, grounding workshop, Liz Langford of reaLIZe yoga is your guide in the exploration of the Ayurvedic principles of Dinacharya (daytime rhythm) and Ratricharya (nighttime rhythm). Offering simple yet powerful ways to support your health and wellbeing. From self-massage and breath practices to cleansing practices and mindful focus, we’ll look at how establishing small daily rituals can bring steadiness and nourishment. This workshop brings together some gentle yet powerful rituals to support us in a daily self care practice.

Proceeds will go to Friends of Kianjai, supporting community wellbeing beyond our own.
